If you need to cancel your appointment, you must give me 24 hours notice (more than 24 hours is even better) or you will have to pay the full amount, unless I can fill the space with another student on short notice. I often do have students waiting in the wings for a last minute cancellation, so if you need to cancel, it is best if you let me know as soon as possible, to maximize the chance that I can fill the space. The one exception to the 24 hours notice requirement is in the case of illness or injury.
